How can you help?

Please take a look at the range of options you have to help people in poor areas directly and effectively by making  a financial or conceptual contribution. There are various ways to give support, ranging from a single payment, to regular donations, through becoming a Project Patron, making an endowment, right up to setting up your very own foundation.

Whichever option you choose, the team at the Schmitz Foundations will be on hand, as a competent and reliable partner, to advise and support you. We would be pleased to advise you should you wish to support projects on a regular basis or if you would like to provide the Schmitz Foundations with more substantial financial support.

The Schmitz Foundations are recognised by both the German and the Swiss tax authorities as non-profit organisations and therefore enjoy a favourable tax status. For all donations exceeding €200 we are happy to issue a receipt entitling the donor to tax exemption. For smaller donations it is sufficient to show the tax authorities your bank statement.
